How much does a fax cost?
$1.99 for a fax of up to 25 pages to a US or Canadian number. We hold the payment and only take it when the fax is delivered. Packs of faxes cost less per fax: see pricing.
Do I need an account?
No. You can send a fax as a guest with your name, your email and a card. If you sign in with Google or an emailed code, your first fax is free and you can keep packs of faxes.
What can I send?
A PDF, or a photo of a page taken with your phone (JPEG or PNG), up to 20 MB. You can also type a letter and send that. Cover page included if you want one.
How do I know it arrived?
You get an email when the fax is delivered. It shows the number, the pages, and the date and time. If it could not be delivered, the email says why, and you are not charged.
Is my document kept?
Your document is deleted within 24 hours of the fax finishing, whether it was delivered or not. Read the health data privacy policy if your fax contains health information.
